VOTE BY MAIL INFORMATION

In 2018, Governor Murphy signed a bill that revised the Vote by Mail law and process. Based on your past voting history and previous Vote by Mail applications on file, you will automatically receive Vote by Mail Ballots for All Future Elections .  The option of All General (November) Elections or All Elections in a Calendar Year no longer exists.  The options are now a Specific Single Election or to automatically receive All Future Elections.  If you have any questions regarding your status, please contact the Hunterdon County Clerk at (908)788-1214.

If you are not currently signed up and wish to automatically receive All Future Election Vote by Mail Ballots, please complete a new application  and return completed application to the Hunterdon County Clerk, PO Box 2900, Flemington, NJ  08822. Any voter submitting an application to automatically receive all future ballots has the ability to request to be removed by informing the County Clerk in writing.

If you wish to apply to receive a Mail-In Ballot for a specific election, ballots are available 45 days prior to an election.  You may mail an application at any time specifying the election or visit the County Clerk in person.
