Arlene Quiñones Perez is a Partner with DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP. She joined the firm in March 2015. Prior to joining the DeCotiis law firm, Arlene served as General Counsel to the Northeast Regional Council of Carpenters ("NRCC"), a skilled trade organization representing carpenters in New Jersey and New York State. Additionally, Arlene was an Associate with Kroll Heineman Carton, LLC, where she focused on labor law, securities fraud, election law and municipal law; and from 2011-2012, served as a Judicial Term Law Clerk for U.S. District Judge the Honorable Michael A. Shipp. Arlene's extensive government and political experience includes her service as a Councilwoman in the Town of Clinton, New Jersey (where she was the youngest member of the municipality's governing body and the only Hispanic woman to serve as an elected official in Hunterdon County), a member of the Town of Clinton's Board of Adjustment and working as an aide to the Governor and Attorney General of New Jersey. |

Dorothy DawoodSecretary, Hunterdon County Democratic Committee Dorothy has been serving on the Executive Board since 2017, first as Co-Chair of the Publicity and Public Relations Committee, then as the Executive Director, and most recently as the HCDC Secretary. She is employed by a large financial company as a Director of Business Architecture. As an IT professional, she contributes her technology and project management skills to achieving the goals of the HCDC. Dorothy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from DeSales University. She has lived with her husband, two daughters, and extended family in Ringoes since 2008. |

Karen BeckerNJ Democratic State Committee Representative In 2017 she won her first election to the NJ Democratic State Committee and is currently serving her 2nd term. For the past 6 years Karen has been the sponsor for the Hunterdon County Young Dems high school group and has played a supporting role in the young adult group. For the past 2 ½ years Karen has also served as the Political Committee Chair for the NJ Chapter Sierra Club, the nation’s largest grassroots environmental organization. Serving in this capacity has allowed her to interact with candidates and elected officials on every level of government regarding environmental, climate and environmental social justice issues. Karen recently made the difficult to step down from the Sierra Club executive committee and as their political chair to focus her full attention on the election of Democratic candidates in Hunterdon County. |

Khush Singh PallNJ Democratic State Committee Representative Born and raised in Flemington, and now living in Raritan Township, Khushwant Singh Pall has lived in Hunterdon County his entire life. He attended Raritan Valley Community College, where he was elected the President of Student Government and then Alumni Representative of his graduating class. He graduated from Rutgers Business School with a degree in finance and works in the financial services field. Khush also made New Jersey State history as the first Sikh to serve in a New Jersey fire department. He is currently serves on two agencies which are the Three Bridges Volunteer Fire Company and the Flemington-Raritan Rescue Squad on their heavy/technical rescue team. Khush also and serves on the Hunterdon County Democratic Committee Executive Board and is now appointed on the New Jersey Democratic State Committee. He states " I truly believe that it is an obligation to give back to my roots and to never forget where I come from. The title doesn't mean anything to me, it is what I do with it for others is what matters. |
